I'm from Argentina, and for Easter we make a "Rosca de Pascua" that is basically a sweet bread shaped like a big ring decorated with nuts, fruits and pastry cream which is very popular here. So, for this Easter I decided to make Nigella's Hot Cross Buns with a little twist, I've added some nuts and chocolate chips and made the cross on the buns with pastry cream instead of the glaze. They were so tasteful and brioche like that i'll be making these again any time soon!
