Well, trifles aren't really big in my family, so I took the core ingredients, raspberries, lemongrass and custard and made them into a custard tart! And actually, I already had a prebaked tart shell, so it was even more like a trifle than I thought, as instead of using leftover sponge cakes, I used a leftover tart shell :)
