A (North American) Southwest twist on ricotta hotcakes. These lovelies are served with prickly pear pomegranate syrup, pine nuts, and a fresh berry medley. Accompanying the hotcakes are a green chili pozole, a bosom of poached eggs, and Navajo tea.
