Thanks to the cookalong I baked my first kuchen ever, this morning! It's an easy recipe and the kuchen itself is very good, not too heavy or too sweet. Perfect for breakfast or brunch, especially if you make the dough on the evening before. By the way, did you know that "kuchen" in dutch means "coughing". Not that there is any relationship or similarity beween the two.....unless you're eating this delicious kuchen too greedy!
