I have never made a galette before this month, and I am now a big fan. They are quick, easy, delicious, and you can use whatever fruit you have on hand! I am gluten free, so my crust is made with almond and tapioca flour. Thanks Nigella for this inspiration, I will be making variations on this recipe for years to come!
