I added Roquefort cheese and bacon to the dough before shaping the rolls. I also added some more Roquefort cheese on top of the rolls prior to baking. I love the rustic appearance this has given them. The rolls are deliciously soft and the perfect accompaniment for my mum's chicken and corn soup recipe that we are having for dinner tonight.
