Hello, Well I made something. I dont usually eat bread except if there is some soup involved. So I made some buns, didn't have the correct seeds so I used some cashew and pistachio nuts and some cheese inside, that exploded a little...the soup is potato fennel roasted and marinated with onion, garlic the usual stuff and some ras el hanout and stuff with chilli, salami and fennel from the pan. It was mighty tasty and the bun was good for scooping the leftovers from the soup. Regards mika
