We loved these Norwegian buns. It was a pleasure to make, we simplified the instructions by just rolling the dough into a big sausage shape and cutting it up. The yeast we used was fresh and the result was soft sweet bread with cinnamon flavour swirled through. We are now hooked on buns for after noon tea. Thank you for the inspiration and recipe.
