I only had one round cake pan, so I improvised using my bunt tin for the top cake layer! I had to do my top meringue on a separate sheet of baking paper with a donut shape drawn on to match the bunt cake shape. Thankfully, things worked out. I would love to say I'll be sitting down with my husband to enjoy this, but he doesn't like sweets. Shame really... I guess I'll just have to enjoy it all myself ;)
