I made myself the chocolate Pavlova for my birthday. I've always loved Pavlova but was terrified making it. The only pav I had ever made was about 25yrs ago and it looked like a frisbee and my friends laughed at me. Never again I thought. This is the first pavlova I've made in 25 yrs. I drizzled chocolate over the top because I'm a chocoholic. Very proud.
