My Apple and Blueberry Kuchen is delicious. It really does make a tasty, easy to eat and filling breakfast, especially with some cream on the side. I had to find a substitute for blackberries which are not available, and the blueberries worked perfectly. I think this will become a regular breakfast dish now.
