I must confess it was a big personal challenge for me to make this Pumkin Cheesecake, it took me almost 20 years ;) (my first attempt ended up with a huuuuge failure on Christmas Eve when I was 18) so I haven't dared to try again ever since then until... until I saw this new recipe by Nigella on Facebook and read about the cookalong with a wonderful prize! It really inspired me! Plus everything looked so easy after I read the instruction to the recipe! I followed all the steps this time and the cheesecake turned out quite well (not ideal as you can see cracks on the top of it on the photo, but it doesn't influence the delicious taste of the cake). I only added some pecans to decorate it and some homemade caramel sauce to serve! But most of all having this opportunity now I would really love to thank Nigella for being great inspiration and teacher for all these years for me and many people around the world! Thanks to Nigella cooking and baking turns out to me now so real and so enjoyable(my family loves it too :) ) So please keep on creating and writing Nigella!!!
