I have never made a Nigella recipe that has not worked..And this one did not fail me. I am obsessed with pumpkin spice, in Australia we do not have pumpkin spice flavourings, and I was inspired by a spiced pumpkin pankcake mix i once tasted. I made my own PS, added two teaspoons to the mix, then made some caramel butterscotch sauce with toasted pecans on top. The smell was divine. We cannot wait to try it tonight
