I learned two important things: check the seal on your springform tin before baking - cover bottom with foil to contain any spillage and cool the melted chocolate properly before adding it to cold whipped cream. They are native to Australia and though I have never, ever seen one, I love how they obsessively collect and arrange blue things to attract a mate. I just stopped short of adding a blue clothes-peg!
