This was my first time trying a Nigella recipe. After making this cake I realized how very North American I am. I had no idea what heavy cream or double cream was. We call it whipping cream in BC. I also had no idea what caster sugar was. Clearly I need to get out more. Maybe I'll just make more Nigella recipes haha :p
