Lemon curd pavlova with caramellized almond and caramel beads. Pavlova is my favourite dessert. So feminine. So ethereal. Like a spring cloud. Have made the lemon curd first time in my life. Perfect combination with the sweetness of pavlova. I have chosen almonds, plus some caramel as decoration. Enjoy!
