Strawberry Pavlova with Mascarpone Cream flavored with Lemon I based my idea from a strawberry tiramisu and transformed it into a personal sized Pavlova. It’s a basic vanilla pav base. Then I made a mascarpone whipped cream and folded in homemade Lemon Curd. Then topped it with fresh strawberries that are quickly dipped in lemon simple syrup, so they’re shiny. Delicious!
