As my friends and family call me The "Pavlova Queen", I couldn't miss this Cook Along for anything. Pavlova is my favourite dessert ever and I never miss an opportunity to cook a Pavlova. Lemon is also my favourite ingredient and so, this seemed like a perfect pair. I've followed Nigella recipe to the "T" and I've also made my own Lemon Curd, according to Nigella's recipe. Both, Pavlova and Curd went very well and I'm very happy with the final result. My only twist was a scatter of blueberries over the top, along with the toasted flaked almonds, as I think blueberries and lemon are a perfect match.
