I'm so delighted with the results of this pavlova. It was perfect for a lazy Spring afternoon BBQ, and didn't last long! I made a particularly zingy curd which was a great contrast to the melt-in-the mouth sweetness of the pavlova. I loved the crisp outer layer and crunchy toasted almonds against the softly whipped cream, curd, and marshmallow cloud of pavlova. Perfection! Definitely an instant family favourite.
