This was the best Pavlova I’ve ever had!! I didn’t change a thing, this recipe is incredible just the way it is. The merengue is so crisp and delicate on the outside and ooey, gooey on the inside and goes perfectly with the tart lemon curd, rich whipped cream and roasted almonds. Cheers!!
