This is my version of the Pear, pistachio and rose water cake for my son’s birthday, that was actually on Easter Sunday! My “tweak” was that I overindulged in the rose water and instead of rose petals, used the beautiful geranium flowers that have a delicious zing flavor ! Everyone loved it!
