I followed the recipe adding dried rose petals as well as pistachios to decorate the cake . I also served it with Greek yoghurt which I tinted with pink food colouring and added a few drops of rose water . The cake was absolutely gorgeous to eat and tasted of Turkish delight . It was so easy to follow as well .
