This Blackberry Galette is quite different. The base is made low-fat and from wholemeal flour. It also incorporates sweet potato. It is sweet with spices added to it. The pastry is topped with a sweet homemade low-fat cream cheese type whip flavoured with orange zest and juice, and lemon juice. Topped with frozen blackberries and some more low-fat whip. Healthy but indulgent.
