Used some perfectly ripened nectarines and strawberries for this easy galette. I have put the crème fraîche in between the nectarine layers, drizzled it with honey and served with frozen yoghurt (and some more honey!)... The sweet fruit, the crispy crust, the aromatic flavor of the honey and the tartness of the yogurt was a wonderful combination!
