My kids had been asking me for cupcakes with sprinkles for a while, so these Love Buns just came in handy and I decided to make them for Valentine's. I used beetroot juice to make the icing pink, and the heart was just a little treat for the guys (my husband and my two boys). We all licked our fingers!
