Nigella: I have made the "White Chocolate Cheesecake with Oreo Biscuit Base and Blueberry Purée & Blueberry Glaze". I reduced by half the recipe so that it looks like rectangle shape. The puree layer in the middle of the cheesecake can be balance the sweet flavour of the white chocolate and I would serve with a cup of tea latte. Thank you for your lovely recipe.
