Blackberries aren't in season here in NZ, so I made it with beautiful pink jewels of rhubarb instead. The fruit is tart and beautifully soft, and cut wonderfully through the sweetness of the crumble. This is also only the second work out for my favourite new kitchen gadget, the stand mixer which I have been dreaming of for years!
