Nigella's recipes have never failed me and I'm so glad to use her recipe for yule log, it's fuss free and easy to follow. I however used sweetened whipped cream for the filling and halved the recipe for the dark chocolate frosting just to balance the flavour. It went down a treat at our Boxing Day party.
