I loved the recipe as it’s gluten free and I did my take on it with whipped cream and chocolate ganache. It’s a favourite for the whole family with my daughter’s mother in law being celiac, my grand daughter love for chocolate and my children’s preference for whipped cream. It was a success for the holidays bringing festive cheer to all.
