It doesn’t really feel like Christmas without snow. It never snows in tropical parts of the world, especially where I live. But a Yule Log brings in good cheer and the holiday spirit as I reminisce on wintry days. I love the rustic appeal of it, giving you the warmth, comfort and cozy feeling of the hearth on a winter’s day. Just like Nordic traditions, a Yule Log is a much celebrated dessert in honour of Christmas. This is an inspired version of Nigella’s Yule Log.
