Inspired by Nigella on this International Women’s Day from Sydney. I am usually a terrible baker - too many measurements - but the recipe looks too yum! Using my Nan’s old bakeware - remembering all the strong women in my life who all have a part of making me who I am today. Not in frame - an unusually large amount of washing up!
