It was the first time I was baking by making a dough by myself! I usually only bake cakes or cupcakes so I had never made dough before, and it was a great experience, although I had bought non-activated yeast mistakenly and my dough didn't rise as expected but it was delicious! Thanks a lot Nigella, for the taste and the experience. I will definitely practise doing it again and now I feel confident to try all recipes that require me to make my own dough.
