I love to bake- it brings me so much joy and makes me feel good! So on Mother's Day as a breakfast special I made these "Cinnamon rolls with pecans and ice-cream". My children love them. They were perfect with a warm cup of coffee and the perfect start to a perfect day. DE-LISH!
