This was great fun to make! I don’t make many cakes so I’m reasonably happy about the result. Unfortunately, I turned my back for a second and over-whipped the cream a bit. I loosened it with a little extra cream. The texture actually allowed me to build up the ‘nest’. The eggs (bought) have been coloured with food dye and a few of them have been dappled by using a small piece of chocolate. Thank you.
