A fun hour or so spent creating something naughty and nice. Thank you Nigella for a clever and simple way to make a showstopper pudding cake for Easter Sunday. One which did not require flour, that seems so hard to find at present, and is all the better without it. Topped with milk chocolate just because we ran out of the dark and sprinkled with some gold stars for extra pizzazz! Happy Easter.
