Happy Easter! I made this cake for the first time and as ever Nigella’s recipes never disappoint. They truly are foolproof. I added pink edible glitter to the top for a bit of sparkle. The taste and texture of the cake is light and delicious. I will definitely make this again and change the top for each season perhaps.
