This was my first attempt at this cake, so I thought it turned out pretty good. I made the mistake of starting the egg whites before starting melting the chocolate and butter (over a pot as I don't have a microwave), so I came very close to ruining the cake by over doing the egg whites. I saved them and ended up making a pretty good cake. I also ran out of Vanilla essence and used Vanilla Paste instead, but I don't think it made much difference to the cake.
