My 12 year old Daughter Kyra baked your cake yesterday for Easter Sunday dessert. She loved the intricacy of measuring all of the ingredients and particularly liked how it all came together. We don’t have the coloured eggs in Australia so we added some whole eggs. So proud of her efforts and the cake was delicious. We will definitely make this again. Kyra did say, how does Nigella create a recipe for such an amazing cakes?. To which her Mum said with lots of practice. There’s the life lesson right there! Thank you.
