Happy Easter! What a joy this cake was to make. My daughter in law and I love following your recipes and we have both shared in the excitement of making our own versions of your Easter Egg Nest Cake. I also made a cheeky little rendition of your Raspberry & Oatmeal swirls to accompany this delicious cake. This surely was a very different Easter for us all - sending much love and peace this Easter to you and yours xx
