Amidst pandemic here in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, I couldn't find cream of tartar, (or flour for that matter but I found a bag that was past it's best by date in my sister's kitchen, ha ha) so I used equal parts vinegar, which is what I read online works. It was a very sticky/wet dough and slightly clumsy to handle but I persevered. I spread Kerrygold Irish Butter, Guava Berry Jam and honey on these, yummy and DELICIOUS Oh, I sprinkled a little 'edible' flower, wink wink, over one of them before I went out in the beautiful warm weather and lush scenery for my daily walk.
