I really enjoyed making Lily's scones. Since lockdown I've taken a step back learnt how to relax and revisited my baking days. I couldn't get shortening so I substituted it for butter..I think they turned out pretty well considering? My two son's and my husband agree! Only thing I've struggled with is what is the correct pronountiation and is it jam or cream first? I did one of each...what can I say? I'm a people pleaser
