Strawberry lime pavlova. With my own twist of few dark chocolate chips Hidden in the meringue. My 10yr old loved it! Thanks to Nigella, I mostly follow only her recipes when I bake. followed the recipe and added a little twist of lime instead of passion fruit and dark chocolate chip was a big hit. I loved every bit of the process involved.
