It cracked me up! This recipe was super easy to make and I was delighted to be able to use my neighbours passion fruits, which were incredibly juicy hence the pools of passion fruit in the cream. Even with my hot hot kitchen my pavlova cracked up, but held together well. I love the smooth cream, puddles of passion, cracks n' all!
