Such a wonderful summer treat. Lemon curd isn’t readily available in the local Austrian stores so I turned to Simply Nigella and followed her instructions. Fortunately there was a portion left over when I finished the tart- the extra bit of whisking was certainly worth it. Chill overnight?! No way- didn’t last that long.
