My husband absolutely loves baked cheesecake so when I saw this recipe I thought I must give it a try. I decided to stick to this simple yet delicious flavour combination of pecan and maple. I presented it with some freshly picked flowers from the garden ( nigella - for obvious reasons! + carnations). I had fun baking it and was pleased it turned out looking like a cheesecake! It also passed the taste test too, light and velvety.
