Looking through the oven door, to catch the sparkle of my gleaming cheesecake bubble and wobble as it came out was not just a treat to my eyes but also brought my whole family to delight! It truly was a wonderful experience creating this dish, following your well-written recipe and gorging into this delicious cheesecake, after a patient wait. I kept it classic just like you made it. Nigella, I have been looking up to you and following you closely for a long while now. Your simple yet sophisticated recipes are my go-to dishes I make for my family and friends for most occasions. I love to cook and you have been my constant inspiration. Thank you, for sharing your work with us all over the globe and helping us create magic in our kitchen. Making this cheesecake brought Christmas cheer to our home early.
