I was in the mood for a cheesecake when I saw this recipe and I decided to add my own twist to it. I thought that the sweetness of the maple syrup works perfectly with some dark chocolate and I was right. I'm glad I chose this combination for the glaze cause I can call it my favourite type of cheesecake now.
