Concluded our Thanksgiving dinner with this delicious cheesecake! I love to use a pinch of spices with desserts to give that extra bit of warmth - especially in this season. I added a combination of cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg into the batter. I drizzled the cheesecake with cardamom, orange zest, and saffron infused maple syrup. Sliced oranges to add freshness! This cheesecake paired perfectly with Kawa I brewed using the infusion pan.
