Easy to cook recipe, moist and full of flavour cheesecake. I have increased the amount of ingredients for the biscuit part and did not regret it- rich nutty base goes so well with maple surup flavoured cheese part. To finish it of, I have scattered some crunchy golden sprinkles on top.
