Linzer cookies with almonds and raspberry, gin & lemon jam Based on Nigella's original recipe with a small twist. The recipe was straight forward and easy to follow. I may have overbaked mine ever so slightly though! Still, they were scrumptious and were gone in no time. I will have to make a double batch for Christmas!
